Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting our various Business Units with Purchase Order invoice responsibilities related to our internal workflow (Medius). Complete daily auditing/learning in workflow for incoming invoices to ensure invoices are flowing timely and accurately. Assist with credit card reconciliations, tax certificate record maintenance and communications, and internal AP team mailboxes distribution.
Key Accountabilities:
- Route Medius invoices to the correct approval channels
- Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports
- Ensure that all necessary customer resale certificates are in order and properly maintained, and at times communicate with internal/external customers
- Ensure that company credit card statements match internal records and that all charges are properly documented
- Oversee the AP team’s email inbox, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and escalating issues that need urgent attention
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounts payable processes
- Fulfill employee portion of the “Berlin Values” T Chart
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Requires a college degree or equivalent experience
- One to two years of previous accounts payable experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize according to department goals
- Proven attention to detail
- High level of computer literacy; Microsoft Office required, experience with ERP systems preferred
- Both self-reliant and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to analyze financial data, resolve discrepancies, and improve processes

IL Base Pay Range
$23 - $28 USD
