ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Talent Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Talent Team and ensuring the seamless execution of our recruiting and talent management processes. You will coordinate our recruiting operations, partner closely with our recruiters, and be an essential contributor to our talent and people operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who is passionate about talent acquisition and wants to grow within a fast-paced, dynamic organization. Ideally, you have 2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role and/or organization.

Location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis. BerlinRosen staff are in-office 3 days per week.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

As the Talent Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for...

  • Managing job postings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, and tracking incoming applications efficiently
  • Supporting the recruitment process by maintaining and organizing recruitment, talent and candidate data within Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS), and other internal systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  • Assisting with sourcing potential candidates and building talent pipelines, helping to identify top candidates for current and future openings
  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate search timelines, interview sequences, and overall communication, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Helping to manage recruitment checklists, templates, and processes, and ensuring consistency and efficiency in recruitment operations
  • Assisting with tracking key recruitment metrics and preparing reports to provide visibility into hiring progress and outcomes

Essential skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Highly autonomous and skilled in managing up, with the ability to troubleshoot effectively and find solutions
  • Regularly employs clear, concise, and data-driven decisions, ensuring decisions are backed by accurate insights and metrics. Highly detail and process-oriented
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Continuously seeks out opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and evaluate new productivity tools for potential improvements
  • Excellent computer skills, including Google Suite products, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

WORKING AT BERLINROSEN

Compensation philosophy: BerlinRosen offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.

Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $62,400-$70,000
