Position Description
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager with strong experience in CRM management and reporting to improve business operations.
This person will work across a diverse portfolio of companies with a variety of end users, with the main function being improving visibility and reporting of data, streamlining processes, integrating add on acquisitions’ CRMs, lead generation, sales tool management, and ultimately driving revenue for Bertram’s portfolio companies.
Location
This position is located in Foster City, CA. We have a hybrid work environment and require employees to work onsite at least one day per week.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders across our portfolio companies to understand their problems and implement solutions that drive revenue.
- Collaborate with Growth, Engineering, and Data Science teams to align efforts and deliver streamlined solutions for portfolio companies.
- Provide solutions related to streamlining, merging, and creation of CRM tools.
- Improve visibility and reporting of customer and lead data.
- Oversee CRM integration with add on acquisitions.
- Optimize CRM and other sales/marketing tools to ensure accurate data collection, automation, and streamlined workflows.
- Implement and manage lead scoring models, lead routing, and automation rules to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity, and customer retention.
- Analyze revenue data to provide insights that support decision-making across the organization.
- Support forecasting and budgeting efforts by providing historical trends and scenario analyses.
- Identify inefficiencies in current revenue operations processes and implement scalable solutions that improve workflow and productivity.
- Develop and enforce best practices around data hygiene, pipeline management, and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to optimize sales processes and enhance rep productivity by ensuring that they have the right tools, resources, and systems in place.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related role
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience setting up and optimizing CRM workflows, lead scoring, product management, and contract automation.
- Demonstrated experience in building reports and dashboards, with strong analytical skills.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes, lead lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is: $195,000- $225,000 total annual compensation. Offered salary may be based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. After one year of tenure, employees will receive an additional annual bonus.
