Position Summary:
We are a dynamic and growth-focused private equity firm with a dedicated technology arm that drives digital transformation across our portfolio companies. Our internal team executes a wide range of technology initiatives including website and application development, systems integration, cloud infrastructure, and post-acquisition tech enablement. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver these critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale platform initiatives such as ERP, CRM, data, or AI-enabled system transformations, including system migrations, vendor onboarding, and phased rollouts.
- Translate business objectives into executable technical roadmaps that improve efficiency, scalability, risk posture, or revenue impact.
- Drive integration efforts across APIs, data pipelines, and third-party platforms to ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Collaborate with technical leads to define project scopes, milestones, and deliverables.
- Support technology-related workstreams during mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, system assessments, and integration planning.
- Manage complex dependencies across multiple teams, systems, and vendors while maintaining momentum and accountability.
- Anticipate delivery risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact outcomes.
- Partner with product, engineering, data, operations, finance, legal, and external vendors to align priorities and execute effectively.
- Lead without direct authority in matrixed environments, influencing senior stakeholders through clarity, credibility, and results.
- Use metrics and dashboards to measure program success and inform continuous improvement.
- Assume product owner responsibilities when necessary: write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage sprint backlog prioritization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, operations, or large-scale technology delivery.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, data platforms, or cloud-based enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, web technologies, SaaS platforms, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, Confluence, or similar.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected salary range for this position is: $110,000- $130,000 total annual compensation. Offered salary may be based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. After one year of tenure, employees will receive an additional annual bonus.
