BT-374 – Multi Cloud Engineer

Location- Chantilly

Provide technical support to all of the customers' broadcast systems as a cloud engineer with programming responsibilities.

Mandatory Skills

• Demonstrates experience and knowledge of cloud-based networks with very high data security requirements.
• Demonstrates experience with AWS and cloud services to include API configurations.
• Demonstrates experience with programming languages including Python, Linux, C++, and Windows shell.
• Demonstrates experience with operating systems such as Linux and Android.
• Demonstrates experience with scripting languages such as Python, C++, and Perl.
• Demonstrates experience with System Administration such as Linux RHEL, patching, server installs, firmware upgrades, and testing between firmware/patch levels.
• Demonstrates experience with Cloud Engineering such as familiarity with medialive, automating dynamo table updates, troubleshooting within the cloud platform, and providing input on troubleshooting toolsets.

Optional Skills

• Demonstrates experience with analog and digital communications with Satellite, terrestrial TV, AM, and FM radio.
• Demonstrates experience with video codecs and streaming technologies.
• Demonstrates experience with video encoding equipment and processes.
• Demonstrates experience with specific broadcast systems such as a specialized FM radio system and the Sponsors TV and radio signal devices such as scalable portable remote devices.
• Demonstrates experience with IP network routing and switching.
• Demonstrates experience performing installations, configuration, and operations of broadcast equipment.
