About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing operations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, this role focuses on supporting marketing systems, reporting, and data management to drive impactful marketing strategies and decisions. A key aspect of this role involves validating data and maintaining high standards of data hygiene and quality.
The right individual for this role has a passion for learning and thinks with a data-first mindset. This role is best for someone who likes hard problems and coming up with creative ways to solve them.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Validation & Hygiene:
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness of marketing data and system processes across platforms.
- Conduct regular audits and implement processes to maintain data integrity.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors proactively.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Generate, analyze, and distribute regular and ad-hoc marketing reports.
- Provide actionable insights from data to optimize marketing strategies.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for key performance metrics.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations to communicate insights and progress on key initiatives.
- Marketing Technology Management:
- Work with Salesforce CRM data to ensure clean data and efficient processes.
- Support Marketo marketing automation needs as-needed, ensuring campaigns are set up, executed, and measured effectively.
- Assist with integrating and maintaining data visualization tools like Tableau.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing operations or analytics experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel (e.g., advanced functions like pivot tables, data normalization, macros, etc.).
- Experience with Marketo.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation Range
- Up to $55,000 USD Yearly
