Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Event Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Event Marketing, this role is pivotal in driving event strategies that generate and accelerate the sales pipeline, enhance brand presence, and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and ABM-focused event tactics to engage key prospects and customers in the fleet and technology industries. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Event Strategy, Planning, and Execution: 
    • Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, and virtual events to support pipeline growth and reinforce the company’s position as an industry leader. 
    • Collaborate with Sales, Partner, and Customer teams to identify key accounts and tailor event strategies that align with business goals.
    • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor relationships, booth design, and event marketing materials.
    • Integrate event strategies with broader marketing campaigns to deliver personalized experiences for targeted accounts. 
  • Account-Based Marketing Activation:
    • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partner, and Customer departments to develop and activate ABM event tactics that drive engagement with high-priority accounts.
    • Create tailored pre-event and post-event campaigns designed to nurture relationships and accelerate decision-making within target accounts.
    • Track and report on ABM-focused event outcomes, including account engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI. 
  • Sales Pipeline Growth:
    • Align event strategies with business development objectives, ensuring events generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales pipeline.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Partner, and Customer departments to deliver targeted outreach and follow-up campaigns to maximize event impact on revenue generation. 
  • Brand Building and Thought Leadership: 
    • Leverage events to position the company as a thought leader in fleet and technology industries. 
    • Drive impactful experiences that amplify the company’s brand visibility and create memorable interactions for prospects and customers. 
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: 
    • Measure event success through key metrics such as lead quality, account engagement, and cost-per-lead. 
    • Analyze results to refine future event and ABM strategies, improving ROI and campaign effectiveness. 
  • Budget and Resource Management:
    • Develop and manage budgets for events and ABM activations, ensuring efficient use of resources while achieving high-quality outcomes. 

Key Results: 

  • Establish the company as a leader in the fleet and technology sectors through industry events and personalized account activations. 
  • Optimize event performance and ROI through data-driven analysis and continual process improvements. 
  • Increase engagement and pipeline acceleration for key accounts through targeted ABM event tactics. 

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing, including experience with ABM-focused strategies. 
  • Industry experience in fleet management or technology / SaaS is required. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and with external vendors and partners. 
  • Proficiency in project management, marketing, and CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce, Zoom webinar). 
  • Willingness to travel for in-person events as required, up to 15%.

Compensation:

Up to $100,000 USD Yearly 

Time Zone:

Eastern or Central Time Zone Required
