Road Map
The Fulfillment Coordinator efficiently processes complex transponder orders to meet the needs of our customers in a fast-paced team environment.
How You May Ask:
By identifying and working with other departments to ensure our transponders are readily available for shipping.
What Your Ride Will Look Like:
- Develops a thorough understanding of various device types used within department.
- Receives inventory and assigns to appropriate accounts utilizing bar code scanner or transponder reader.
- Completes shipment prep work: stickering, casing, and adhesives.
- Continuously maintains supplies, inventory, cleanliness, and organization within processing area and storage room
- Company-wide mail distribution.
- Operates USPS Neopost metered mail machine operation.
- Weekly recycling bin placement and retrieval.
- Greet shipping carriers to accept delivery & pick-ups.
- Processes returns: Transponder op-te• Dst, De-casing, cleaning, applying adhesive, restocking returned transponders, removal of transponders from client accounts, and external customer email communications.
- Processes assigned customer transponder orders using Bestpass Account Management System (BPAM) and enhanced Mailing Shipping (EMS) Neopost system.
- Mid-day and end-of-day shipping carrier account closeout (UPS & USPS).
- Conduct periodic time collection of tasks for efficiency and capacity reviews by management.
- Update SOPs related to position as applicable.
- Continually seek process improvement and efficiencies; communicate ideas & suggestions.
Show Off What You've Got:
- Prior experience working in a fulfillment/order processing environment is helpful.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Consistently works toward building and maintaining a cohesive team environment.
- HS diploma/GED.
- Consistently demonstrate Bestpass Values and Competencies.
- OT may be required.
Fuel Gauge:
This role pays $35,880 with OT eligibility.
