- Maintain user access lists and serve as the primary point of contact for contractor IT and tool access issues
- Support procurement of engineering tools, test equipment, and software, including vendor coordination, quotes, and purchase tracking
- Perform basic analysis within lifecycle management tools (e.g., Polarion), such as identifying orphaned reviews, requirements, and work items
- Develop and maintain dry-run procedures, checklists, and supporting scripts for process readiness (e.g., audits, reviews, and milestones)
- Collect, baseline, and analyze program metrics (e.g., review completion, defect trends, compliance indicators) and generate trend reports
- Maintain program documentation, including team rosters, contact lists, organizational charts, and distribution lists
- Support recruiting and staffing activities by tracking candidates, consolidating feedback, and coordinating interview panel communications
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including submission and tracking of access and environment provisioning tickets
- Attend engineering and program meetings; capture minutes, track action items, and ensure timely closure in alignment with program objectives
- Provide light technical writing and document support, including formatting, proofreading, maintaining reference materials, and managing acronym lists
- Ensure documentation and processes remain aligned with aerospace quality and compliance standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a structured, process-driven environment
- Ability to analyze data and generate basic metrics and trend reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools for documentation, tracking, and reporting
Above and Beyond Qualifications:
- Experience supporting embedded software or systems engineering teams is highly desirable
- Knowledge of embedded software engineering practices, methods, and techniques
- Working knowledge of ALM/PLM tools (e.g., Polarion, JIRA, or similar) preferred
