Online Support Operator

The Role

We are looking for a new team member on the position of Online Support Operator to join Europebet team in Tbilisi, Georgia;

Person, who will answer all of the questions coming from our customers.

If you find yourself comfortable while helping other people and you have some enthusiasm to develop your capabilities, then this opening is for you. 

Requirements

We will appreciate if you meet the requirement listed below:

• Experience of working in service field will be beneficial;
• Proven knowledge of Georgian; Russian or English Languages will be desirable;
• Possibility to work in non-standard working shift (12 hours shifts, during the day and night - 2 Days On / Next 2 Days Off).

By completing the recruitment process you will have training during 2 weeks, where you will have a chance to learn our products and service standards. If training is passed successfully, you will get an offer for employment in the company.
