IT Project Manager/Compliance

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Owning and maintaining the change management process as required by relevant regulations;
• Interpreting and providing advice on technical regulations, requirements, and standards for the Georgian jurisdiction;
• Conducting technical compliance gap assessments/analyses to properly advise the relevant teams on the implementation of technical solutions/products;
• Interacting with Regulators, if necessary, regarding technical compliance matters including reporting to regulators and producing required reports;
• Reporting any identified technical compliance risks and gaps and proposing compliant technical solutions while driving their implementation;
• Serving as a point of contact with Accredited Test Labs and technical consultants to establish  strong working relationships.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related topic;
• Good working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and other business tools;
• Technical experience to work comfortably with internal and external technical personnel;
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical business stakeholders;
• Ability to interpret technical compliance requirements into practical business terms and drive their implementation throughout the organisation;
• Experience in a technical compliance role within the gaming (preferably) or other sectors will be advantageous;
• Having knowledge of non-technical Georgian online gambling laws, regulations, requirements, and standards (such as the General Data Protection Regulation, Anti-Money Laundering, Responsible Gambling, etc.) will be advantageous;
• Certification in project management;
• Knowledge of English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
