HR Manager

Exciting HR Leader opportunity at our Budapest tech hub!

If so, we've got an exciting opportunity for you! Betsson Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our award-winning HR team and help shape the direction of our Tech hub in Hungary as we continue to expand there.

As our HR Manager in Budapest, you'll be at the forefront of all HR matters. You will work closely with local and global management teams and the Global HR Team in Malta to provide the best employee experience for our Betssonites in Hungary.

It is important to note that this role will be based on-site Monday-Friday. We will soon be setting up in our new offices in Capital Square - easily accessible on the metro line M3.

A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • 360 management of our HR operations in Hungary.
  • Continuously work to strengthen our amazing Betsson Culture with the 150 Betssonites in the Budapest office, and we plan to grow even more.
  • Delivering a first-class employee experience together with the HR team.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the local Leadership team and HR team.
  • Key member of the Global HR team and managing a HR team of four.
  • Focal point for ensuring Betsson is the Employer of Choice in the region by ensuring internal and external branding.
  • Cultivate talent development and oversee recruitment needs.
  • Involved in creating salary benchmarks.
  • Supervise agreements related to the Budapest office and events.
  • Responsible for the local Office & HR Budget.
  • Support and coach in areas like; employment law, learning & development, performance management and compensation & benefits to name a few.

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience within a fast-paced international organization.
  • Background working in a Tech organisation.
  • People manager experience of 3 years.
  • Experience in working with and facilitating cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Experience in scaling teams and driving local recruitment efforts.
  • Good knowledge of the Hungarian Labour law.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English is a must.
