Exciting HR opportunity at Betsson LatAm in Buenos Aires!

If so, we've got an exciting opportunity for you! Betsson Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our award-winning HR team and help shape the direction of our Argentina Region as we continue to expand there.

It is important to note that this role will be based on-site Monday-Friday. Our office will be based in the Nunez region of Buenos Aires.

 

A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • 360 management of our HR operations in Argentina.
  • Act as the top-level HR business partner to the assigned leadership team providing continuous coaching in multi-discipline HR policies & processes.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, managing, and controlling Human Resources strategy for Argentina. 
  • Support Managers for people matters: Organization development, leadership, coaching, HR processes, Team building, Social Climate and Employee relationships and generate management sponsorship to HR policies and initiatives.
  • Implement talent management solutions to enable business priorities - through performance management, career development, succession planning, performance management and training.
  • Supervise the process of payroll, wages, and other payments associated with personnel.
  • Continuously work to strengthen our amazing Betsson Culture.
  • Focal point for ensuring Betsson is the Employer of Choice in the Argentina region by ensuring internal and external branding.
  • Cultivate talent development and oversee recruitment needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 6 years HR experience within a fast-paced international organization.
  • Experience in working with and facilitating cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Experience in scaling teams and driving local recruitment efforts.
  • Good knowledge of the Argentinian Labour law. Knowledge of labour law in other LatAm markets are considered a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must. Portuguese language is a plus.
