Your Role: 

As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for driving acquisition and growth through affiliate partnerships in Denmark and Sweden. Your focus will be on developing high-performing relationships, ensuring full compliance with local regulations, and executing market-specific strategies to optimise performance.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and grow affiliate partnerships for Betsson Group brands in Denmark and Sweden. 
• Ensure all campaigns and affiliate activities comply with local marketing and regulatory requirements. 
• Monitor traffic, conversions, and ROI to continuously improve affiliate performance. 
• Develop tailored promotional strategies and communications for partners in the region. 
• Identify and recruit new affiliates with potential for long-term value. 
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Compliance, Marketing, Legal, Product) to align affiliate strategies with business goals. 
• Represent Betsson Group at industry events and affiliate conferences across Europe. 
• Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to team hiring and development. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the online gaming industry. 
• Proven track record in regulated markets, particularly Denmark and/or Sweden. 
• Deep understanding of local advertising standards, affiliate compliance, and player behaviour. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish or Swedish is a strong plus. 
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-focused mindset.
