You're Good At 

  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently.
  •  Designing digital materials for varied markets with knowledge and finesse.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC programs, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Expertise in motion graphics.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in creating rich media commercials and experimenting with new formats. 
  • Preferably have experience or a passion for gaming and sports.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred.
  • English proficiency is a plus.

  •  Demonstrate a comprehensive comprehension of the design and animation challenge.
  • Capable of efficiently translating thoughts into visual and verbal language
  • Clearly represents the brand by utilizing a variety of brand assets
  • Designs that are attractive to the eye.

Design Application: 

  • Understand how design and animation can be used effectively across the media landscape
  • Maintains awareness of innovation and how it can be harnessed in design and animation
  • Deep understanding of how to breathe life into concepts across diverse mediums and technical boundaries.
  • Stays up-to-date with the latest trends (design, music, visual arts, social media, culture, competitors)

Brand Guardianship: 

  • Over time, you understand what the brand's core values are and what it strives to achieve
  • Demonstrates design knowledge, experience, and relevant provocation to regional marketing teams and brand teams in line with the brand.
