Job Title: Finance Systems & Processes Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Finance Systems & Processes Analyst to optimize and streamline financial systems and processes. This role will focus on supporting the development, enhancement, and integration of a purchase order system (POS) while ensuring smooth ongoing operations. Additionally, it will serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and provide support for other finance technology projects as needed. The ideal candidate will have a finance background, expertise in purchase order system, and a proactive approach to driving process improvements and system enhancements, including leading ad hoc projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the existing POS system, ensuring its smooth operation, while collaborating with key stakeholders to provide finance-related support and input.
- Support the development and enhancement of the POS system to improve user experience and functionality.
- Support the seamless integration of the key systems with the POS platform.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead ad hoc projects, particularly those related to system improvements, process optimizations, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Support system enhancements, including Business Central integrations, to ensure smooth data flow and improved processes.
- Identify inefficiencies in financial and procurement workflows and implement solutions for increased efficiency and scalability.
- Document and standardize POS and financial processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and best practices.
- Lead or assist in system projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Continuously assess and drive enhancements in POS systems, Business Central, and other finance-related tools to optimize performance and efficiency
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Solid finance background with proven expertise in POS system development and integration.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and procurement system integration.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and data accuracy.
- Ability to lead ad hoc projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills for process improvements.
- Proactive approach to system optimizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing system integration and business workflow optimization.
Skills:
- Experience in finance or systems roles, focusing on POS systems and Business Central.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Navision) and financial tools.
- Ability to improve financial systems through integrations and digital process enhancements.
