What You’ll Be Doing

• Champion employee engagement by designing and delivering meaningful initiatives, events, and experiences.

• Plan and run global and local events that reflect our culture, values, and goals.

• Lead engaging onboarding experiences that give every new Betssonite a great start.

• Craft internal communications that inform, inspire, and connect people across the business.

• Partner with teams across departments and regions to align local execution with global strategies.

• Use data and feedback to refine and evolve engagement efforts.

• Support employer branding with authentic employee stories and insights.

• Own and manage budgets, ensuring smart use of resources with real impact.

• Enjoy being on stage—this role involves presenting, hosting events, and being a visible cultural ambassador.

 

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal comms, HR, or a related area.

• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a genuine passion for creating positive employee experiences.

• Confident communicator who can engage diverse audiences and build strong relationships.

• Experience planning and delivering projects and events, ideally in a global, fast-paced environment.

• Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.

• Creative thinking and a knack for bringing fresh ideas to life.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.

• Budget management experience is a plus.
