We’re looking for a Reconciliation Analyst who thrives in dynamic, high-volume environments and is passionate about keeping things in order. You'll be part of a Finance team that values accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of incoming and outgoing financial transactions.

  • Detect and resolve discrepancies between internal systems and external reports.

  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial records.

  • Suggest improvements to current processes and participate in automation initiatives.

  • Keep operational documentation up to date and aligned with internal controls.

What we are looking for

• • Advanced student or graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience in reconciliations, ideally with large datasets or fast-paced companies.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – you’ll use it daily to collaborate across teams.

  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).

  • Comfortable with ERP systems and financial tools.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, autonomous, and organized.

  • Passionate about accounting and eager to work in a team that shares that love.

  • Able to work with tight deadlines during month-end closing processes.
