
CG - Casino Manager LATAM
Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as a Casino Managar for the LATAM Region!
The WOW:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LATAM Casino Manager to drive growth and expansion within our LATAM markets. This role will focus on maximizing business performance, identifying new opportunities, and managing commercial relationships within the region. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the LATAM gambling market landscape, business development strategies, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve growth targets. You will be responsible for optimizing revenue streams and ensuring that our offerings are well-tailored to the diverse needs of the LATAM audience.
Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of the LATAM gambling market landscape, including regulatory
- Accountability for Casino revenues in LATAM markets, - day to day, weekly, monthly,
- Responsible for driving the success of casino in your regions. You will do this by engaging multiple central teams to ensure that resources are engaged to deliver on your specific regional and product needs.
- Identify key market trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth within the region. Identify, monitor and benchmark the Betsson casino experience and game portfolio against close competitors in the region.
- A data driven approach, monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that revenue targets and profitability goals are being met. Provide regular updates and reports to the senior leadership team on performance, trends, and insights from the region. Monitor and highlight Casino NDC acquisition and revenue trends.
- Develop and implement tailored commercial strategies for the LATAM regions to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Be the liaison between local marketing team and Central CRM team in the creation of Casino Welcome Offers.
- Optimise our casino offering frequently, ensuring that we remain ahead of the competition in terms of both product and local offering. Recommend and implement actions to optimize the commercial performance across the LATAM markets.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment with market needs and company objectives. Ensure local sponsorships and ambassadors are activated on site and within the casino lobby. Play an active part in the creation of localised content for your regions.
- Feed into product improvements to deliver a more localised casino experience. Support the marketing of new product features on site, and in collaboration with marketing teams and adapt product offerings and marketing campaigns to the cultural preferences of each LATAM market.
You Have:
- Ideally a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or related field
- At least 3 years igaming experience in a similar role and a proven track record for delivering results
