To excel in this role, we're looking for individuals who can:

 

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Danish and English via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Resolve inquiries quickly and accurately, always striving to go above and beyond.
  • Collaborate with your teammates to craft a seamless, personalized customer experience.
  • Follow company policies and ensure all procedures support player protection and responsible gaming practices.
