The primary mission of this role is to elevate and reinforce Betsson Group’s distinguished reputation for creating an exceptional workplace environment. As the Facilities & Office Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our facilities not only meet but exceed industry standards. Your expertise will be essential in managing and coordinating both soft and hard services across Betsson offices, covering areas such as cleaning, catering, maintenance, and technical infrastructure. You will also be the go-to person for responding promptly to emergencies or urgent issues, ensuring the workplace remains safe, compliant, and operational at all times. Your unwavering commitment to excellence will be critical in shaping and implementing cost-effective facilities strategies, driving efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage daily facilities operations, including cleaning, catering, and maintenance services.
- Source, coordinate, and oversee contractors and suppliers to plan and execute maintenance and repair tasks.
- Handle facility requests and related tasks efficiently through the online Service Desk system.
- Take a lead role in managing building emergencies, ensuring swift resolution while prioritising the safety of all occupants.
- Maintain and update facilities handbooks to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance protocols.
- Ensure adherence to government regulations concerning Security, Fire Protection, and local building codes.
- Manage all site assets in line with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and warranty periods.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of Health & Safety procedures as required.
- Provide exceptional and personalised assistance to visitors and employees by proactively anticipating and meeting their needs.
- Deliver cost-effective, customer-focused solutions that align with budget and scheduling constraints.
- Represent the organisation’s values and standards through professional appearance and conduct.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A recognised Health & Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is essential.
Required Work Experience:
- Management experience in facilities management for flagship properties is essential, demonstrating leadership in service delivery, team coordination, and contractor supervision.
