Head of Commercial Delivery - Zecure Gaming

About the Role


We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven leader to join us as Head of Commercial Delivery. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the execution of strategic commercial projects across the business from launching and retiring markets or products to overseeing large-scale initiatives with significant commercial impact.

You’ll be the main point of contact between Zecure and our platform provider, as well as other external partners, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, aligned with business objectives, and with a clear commercial lens. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director of Zecure this is a key role in our senior team, with direct influence over how we go to market and evolve our commercial offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects, with clear scoping, planning, and ownership of delivery timelines.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of two Senior Commercial Delivery Managers.
  • Act as a central liaison between internal departments, Betsson Group stakeholders, platform providers, and other external partners to keep communication clear and aligned.
  • Maintain detailed project plans and delivery roadmaps, tracking against milestones, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Own the management of commercial product rollouts, including coordinating development tasks and resolving open issues to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Regularly host project and stakeholder update meetings, providing clear visibility on progress, challenges, and risk mitigation.
  • Prioritize competing demands and provide commercial insight to support decision-making across the business.
  • Ensure that all initiatives are executed with a strong focus on commercial outcomes, aligning with KPIs and broader business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in the iGaming sector, ideally within Business Development, Project Management, or Product Management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a solid track record of delivering projects that directly impact revenue, market growth, or customer engagement.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, deadline-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience working with external platform providers and third-party suppliers is a strong advantage.
  • A team-first mindset, with the ability to lead and inspire others while keeping delivery on course.
