Location: Malta | Hybrid 

We’re looking for a skilled Recruitment Partner with a focus on Commercial hiring to join our growing in-house Talent Acquisition team at Betsson Group. This isn’t your average recruiter role we’re after someone who knows how to headhunt top-tier marketing talent, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and truly understand the value of great hiring in a competitive market. 

The Role 

As our Recruitment Partner, you'll work closely with key stakeholders across our Commercial division, including Marketing, Affiliates, CRM, and Analytics, to attract and hire some of the best talent in the industry. You’ll need to be confident navigating a high-paced, international environment while also being strategic and precise in your approach. 

You won’t just fill roles, you’ll act as a true partner to the business, advising on talent strategy, market insights, and the best way to position Betsson as an employer of choice. Your ability to build trust with hiring managers and engage passive candidates will be crucial to your success. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with hiring managers across Commercial teams to deeply understand their needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. 
  • Use a range of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, events) to actively headhunt and build pipelines of top talent. 
  • Lead the full recruitment process: from briefing and sourcing to interviewing, offer management, and closing. 
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels, providing data-driven insights and ensuring clear, timely communication throughout. 
  • Keep a close eye on the market, understanding trends, competitor activity, and candidate behaviour to help us stay ahead. 
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Betsson’s position in the talent market. 
  • Leverage internal tools and reporting to track progress, measure impact, and continuously improve your approach. 

About You 

  • You’ve got strong experience recruiting for Commercial roles, ideally across sales, marketing, and business development, targeting talent across an international environment. 
  • You’re a natural headhunter, persistent, well-connected, and creative in your sourcing methods. 
  • You're confident working directly with senior stakeholders, able to challenge when needed while maintaining trust and collaboration. 
  • You take ownership of your work, are structured in your process, and know how to keep hiring on track. 
  • You’re results-driven but also care about the candidate experience and internal relationships. 
  • Experience working with an ATS and using recruitment metrics to guide decisions is a plus.
