HR Director

We’re now hiring for an experienced HR Director to join our dynamic International HR Leadership Team, based in the heart of Malta.

 

The Opportunity 

In this strategic role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and driving our global people agenda - aligning HR initiatives with business priorities across multiple locations. As a senior leader, you'll influence decision-making, partner with executive stakeholders, and ensure our people strategy enables growth, innovation and long-term success. This is a senior role where you’ll work closely with the CHRO and HR Leadership Team, supporting our people strategy and enhancing how HR collaborates with the business. You’ll lead an established team of HR Managers and Business Partners, providing direction, consistency, and support to help them thrive. 

You’ll also play a key role in shaping HR’s contribution to organisational change, ensuring we remain agile and aligned while continuing to deliver a positive employee experience across all our offices. 

 

A taste of what you’ll do

  • Be an active member of the HR Leadership Team, contributing to global HR initiatives and frameworks. 
  • Lead and support the global HR team across different locations.
  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee HR’s role in change management projects and organisational development.
  • Work closely with Talent Management and other HR teams to deliver a consistent, efficient and agile HR service. 

 

What we are looking for 

  • 8+ years’ senior HR leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams across multiple geographies.
  • Strong awareness of international compliance frameworks.
  • Expertise in organisational design, talent management, employee relations, and leadership development.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, coach and challenge senior leaders with credibility.
  • The ability to align HR strategy to business outcomes.
  • A collaborative leader who values integrity, inclusion, and building a positive employee experience.
