Talent Development Coordinator

We are now hiring for a Talent Development Coordinator to join our global HR team. In this high-impact role, you’ll help power our people’s growth while keeping our learning and compliance programmes seamlessly on track.

A Taster of what you will be involved with
Learning & Development
- Coordinate delivery of training programmes, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Track participation, feedback, and training effectiveness metrics.
- Maintain training records for compliance and audit readiness.
- Support HR contacts in identifying training needs and aligning them with business goals.
- Coordinate tools such as DISC and our LMS, working with HR contacts.
- Coordination of the Global Training Budget.
- Process owner of Performance Management and Succession Planning.
HR Compliance
- Prepare material for internal and external audits.
- Maintain up-to-date training, policy, and compliance documentation.
- Ensuring required documentation is up to date.
- Prepare and manage the HR compliance calendar (audits, policy reviews, mandatory training deadlines).
- Manage the mandatory compliance training process.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in HR, training coordination, or compliance-related roles.
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills – you will be managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Confident in working with systems such as HRIS/LMS systems and reporting tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with data and producing clear reports.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills — able to handle multiple stakeholders.
