HR Generalist

Malta

We’re searching for an energetic HR Generalist to join our fast-paced Malta HR team and support our people as we continue to grow in the world of online gaming. If you thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment and love being the go-to person who gets things done, this could be your next big step.

As our HR Generalist, you will provide dedicated support to our Operations teams, which includes Customer Service, Trading, Risk, Fraud and more.

The Wow

As the first point of contact for our Operations teams, you’ll provide trusted HR guidance while ensuring full compliance and smooth employee lifecycle management. You’ll tackle employee relations with confidence, partner closely with managers at all levels and help shape better processes along the way. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on impact and collaboration.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries from our Operations teams - providing clear, accurate and timely guidance.
  • Ensure full compliance with Maltese employment law and company policies across all HR activities.
  • Support key stages of the employee lifecycle, including probation, performance management, contract changes and offboarding.
  • Play an active role in employee relations, helping resolve conflicts and performance issues and escalating when appropriate.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with managers at all levels, supporting new leaders and enabling experienced managers to deliver consistently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our processes and contribute ideas that enhance both our workflows and overall employee experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a fast-paced HR environment.
  • Ability to manage high volume and multiple requests simultaneously, with strong risk awareness.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage workload independently.
  • Strong sense of ownership - you see tasks through to completion and follow up without prompting.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders across varying levels of seniority.

Why Join Us?

  • Join a vibrant, fast-paced industry at the forefront of Malta’s online gaming scene.
  • Work within a collaborative, people-focused HR team that values innovation and proactive thinking.
  • Grow your career in an environment that encourages ownership, continuous learning and development.
