Customer Service Agent
As Betsson continues to grow across Latin America, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent to deliver an outstanding customer experience
The Wow
A taster of what you will be involved with:

Support customers via email, live chat, and telephone in Spanish and English

Work closely with the team to achieve high customer satisfaction and KPI targets.

Manage and maintain customer accounts.Translate promotional content and customer surveys into the local language when required.

Request, review, verify, and store customer documentation in line with regulatory requirements.Perform KYC checks, customer risk assessments, and monitor suspicious activity

Follow company policies related to player safety, protection, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming.
What we are looking for

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese for BR roles)

Previous experience in customer service (face‑to‑face, online, or phone‑based)

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-
Team player with a customer‑centric mindset.
