Creative Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to join our team

The Wow

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing ideas to life through motion and design, and enjoys working across multiple markets and formats.

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• Creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for different markets and platforms.
• Designing key visuals and static assets that translate effectively into motion pieces.
• Delivering high-quality, aesthetically strong designs and animations aligned with brand guidelines.
• Applying design and motion effectively across the full media landscape (social, ads, video platforms, etc.).
• Working with industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
• Editing video pieces with strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Designing and producing rich media, animated ads, and dynamic formats.
• Applying strong compositing, visual effects, and post-production techniques.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, product, etc.).
• Staying up-to-date with motion design, graphic design, social media formats, culture, and visual storytelling.
• Leveraging AI tools for content creation, animation, and workflow optimization (considered a strong plus).

What we are looking for

• The ideal candidate is a motion-first designer with strong foundations in visual design, animation, and video editing, with proven experience in similar roles and a solid portfolio that demonstrates both motion and design craft.

• Strong and up-to-date portfolio/reel showcasing both motion and design work (mandatory)

• High level of proficiency in motion and design tools (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

• Experience with AI-based creative tools is a plus.
• English is a must
• Hybrid model at the office (Mon-Wed- Friday)
