Sportsbook Customer Risk Team Lead

As Sportsbook Customer Risk Team Lead, you’ll lead customer segmentation, improve team procedures, and ensure high-quality risk decisions that support sportsbook profitability for the LATAM Region.

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• Identify anomalies and emerging trends through customer activity and addressing them to the responsible team
• Manage Sportsbook Customers and with an analytical approach, you ensure an optimised customer setting
• Mitigating risks from an AML perspective, Integrity matches and questionable customers
• Making sure team queries and requests are handled adequately and in a timely manner
• Active involvement in the hiring process for new members in the Sportsbook Customer Risk Analysis Team - Bogota
• Taking on a mentoring role as well as being involved in the journey for new recruits starting in the team.

What we are looking for

• An excellent understanding of Sportsbook betting, Sportsbook principles and Sportsbook Risk Fundamentals
• Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Microsoft Excel
• Strong Team Spirit. We work as one single unit
• Fluent in English and excellent communicational skills
• Manual trading experience in any of these sports: US Sports, Ice-Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, eSports
• 5-years’ experience in a sportsbook environment or 3-years’ experience in a sportsbook risk role
