Payment Solutions Specialist

Malta

- Improvement of current PSP processes
- Coordinate with other departments
- Perform testing and quality assurance throughout integrations
- Lead internal operational projects
- Follow up with providers on performance, KPI’s and transaction troubleshooting
- Communicate product changes to all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a business within payment operations, preferably in the iGaming sector.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying efficiencies and solving problems.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is a big plus.
