Senior Corporate IT & Applications Engineer

The Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Corporate IT & Applications Engineer for the Betsson Georgia brand. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external vendors, combining technical expertise with a service-oriented approach to solve issues, improve processes, and support our employees. If you are a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving problems, working across different systems, and making technology work better for people, this is the role for you.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Administer internal and vendor applications, including user accounts, roles, permissions, configurations, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Manage user access requests, periodic access reviews, RBAC, and related documentation.
• Administer Jira and Confluence, including projects, workflows, permissions, dashboards, automation, spaces, and templates.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID, including users, groups, mailboxes, licenses, MFA, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Support employee onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding from an IT perspective.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support and technical guidance to colleagues.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve technical issues.

Requirements: 

• 4+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, application administration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Practical Jira & Confluence administration experience.
• Experience with access management and RBAC.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent Georgian and working-level English.
• Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

 

Nice to Have: 

 

• PowerShell or other automation/scripting experience.
• Atlassian certification or Jira Service Management experience.
• Experience with SSO/SAML/SCIM, Intune/MDM, or ITIL.
• Experience in regulated industries such as gaming or financial services.
• Experience participating in audits.
