- Drive and participate in a range of local and global HR projects.
What we are looking for:
- Broad HR experience with the confidence to take ownership of the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong coaching and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees.
- Practical knowledge of employment agreements, labour law, performance management, compensation and benefits, and end-of-employment processes.
- Experience supporting recruitment, employer branding, organisational development and workforce planning.
- A collaborative, hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively with both local stakeholders and a global HR team.
- Strong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A genuine commitment to creating an engaging and positive employee experience.
Why Join Us?
