What are we looking for?
BetterHelp is looking for a Country Marketing Manager (Netherlands) to develop and execute go-to-market and launch strategies, managing above-the-line channels to build awareness and favorability in France. This role includes reviewing translations of client acquisition creatives across all channels, including Paid Search, Facebook, TikTok, TV, Podcast, and Radio, as well as user-facing communications such as emails for both clients and therapists. This person will identify and onboard local marketing partners to acquire customers and build trust, while compiling market and consumer insights to better inform product positioning.
What will you do?
- Go to market and launch strategy
- Manage above the line channels to build awareness and favorability
- Review translations of client acquisition creatives across all channels including Paid Search, Facebook, TikTok, TV, Podcast, and Radio
- Review translations of client and therapist user experience, emails, and other user-facing communications
- Identify and onboard local marketing partners to acquire customers and build trust
- Compile market and consumer insights to better inform product positioning
What will you NOT do?
- You will NOT worry about "runway", "cash left", or "how much time we have until the next round". We have the startup DNA but we're fully backed and funded, all the way to success.
- You will NOT be confined to your "job". You will get involved in product, marketing, business strategy, and almost everything we do.
- You will NOT be bogged down by office politics, ego, or bad attitude. Only positive, pleasure-to-work-with people are allowed here!

Can I work remotely?
BetterHelp is based in California but we're a fully remote team. For those in the EU, you'll work your local hours but ask that a portion of your working hours overlap with our US team to ensure effective collaboration. Employees may also be asked to visit our Mountain View, CA office (up to three times per year) to build strong team connections and experience our culture. Travel expenses will be covered, and reasonable accommodations will be made for those with unique travel challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years consumer marketing experience
- Familiarity with subscription businesses a plus
