About the internship
You'll work on a meaningful project that focuses on your area of interest in engineering and embed with engineering teams that are delivering code to production on critical company projects. This is great exposure to what it’s really like being a professional software engineer; rounding out the skills gleaned from independent projects.
This internship is based out of our NYC office. Below we've reflected the pay we would offer for this position. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
- New York City: $35-$45/hour
What we’re looking for
- Prior internship experience at a startup or similar
- Interesting software side project work that’s been completed outside of school
- Proven desire and ability to build working software
- Collaborative instincts and a commitment to continuous learning and growth
- Majors in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, any Engineering discipline graduating in Spring/Summer 2026
- Strong command of some of these listed or related technologies: Java, Javascript, Ruby, Python, HTML, CSS, Mobile Dev, Web services, Git, SQL
- You'll be effective if:
- Your ideas helped shape the last group project, and you brought your focus and coding expertise to deliver an impressive product with a compelling narrative.
- You can pick up and use a new language or tool in a few sessions, but like a sponge, you’re driven to keep going, learn more, and build your craft.
- You’re looking to learn fast, grow, and make an outsize impact alongside some of the smartest, most thoughtful engineers, designers, and product managers in tech from a beautiful amenity-filled office in the heart of New York City, the world’s financial hub.
