About the role:
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to own the coordination, planning, and delivery of marketing initiatives across Betty. This role sits at the center of Marketing, Creative, CRM, LiveOps, Product, and User Acquisition. You will bring structure, clarity, and momentum. You are responsible for making sure the right work gets done by the right people, at the right time.
What you'll do:
- Own and create detailed workback schedules for all creative initiatives (campaigns, launches, content, partnerships, etc.).
- Manage projects from intake through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
- Build and maintain creative workflows and processes that balance speed with quality.
- Schedule and run recurring creative meetings (status, traffic, reviews, leadership check-ins).
- Own the cadence of creative operations, ensuring teams stay aligned and projects stay on track.
- Prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up to ensure progress.
- Actively follow up with stakeholders and contributors to keep work moving and deadlines intact.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep early and propose solutions.
- Ensure briefs, feedback, and approvals happen on time and are clearly communicated.
- Partner with creative leadership to assign resources across designers, writers, and other creatives.
- Manage workload balancing and capacity planning for the creative team.
- Flag resourcing gaps or overload and recommend adjustments.
- Translate business goals into clear project plans for creative teams.
- Continuously refine creative operations, tools, and templates.
- Help implement and manage project management tools (e.g., Jira, etc.).
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or creative environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
- Ability to anticipate issues and act before they become problems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments.
- Confidence bringing order, clarity, and accountability to complex workflows.
- Proven proficiency in Jira (tracking and reporting) - Must.

The salary range for this role is CAD 90,000 to CAD 120,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications and location. Final compensation will be determined based on job related skills and business needs.
This is a new position within our team.
