• Define, build, and maintain operational and product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives. Use your understanding of the data warehouse structure to ensure all metrics are accurate, relevant, and consistent.
• Act as a business partner to cross-functional stakeholders — from executives to product and engineering — by understanding their data needs, translating business questions into actionable data solutions, and communicating insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deliver data-driven insights that guide strategic and operational decisions across the organization.
• Provide clear and accessible documentation for metrics, dimensions, and KPIs, ensuring stakeholders understand how to interpret results correctly.
• Safeguard the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used across reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Design and produce reports and visualizations from the data warehouse using BI tools or direct SQL queries, empowering teams to make informed decisions.
• Work closely with data and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between business goals and data solutions.
• Enable and train stakeholders to use self-service BI tools effectively, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

• 3+ years of experience in a BI , data analysis, or similar analytical role.
• Ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, tailoring the message for both technical and business audiences.
• Strong proficiency with BI reporting tools (preferably Tableau) and a solid sense of effective data storytelling and visualization design.
• Ability to define and communicate requirements to data engineers and developers, ensuring smooth collaboration and accurate implementation.
• Advanced SQL skills, including query design, data validation, and troubleshooting across multiple data sources.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and identify actionable insights that improve business performance and processes.

• Understanding of iGaming KPIs and player behavior metrics.
• Experience with Tableau (advanced visualization and dashboard design).
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis or automation.
