Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy in general ledger entries, accounts payable, and receivables.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and review financial transactions for compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
• Liaise with external auditors during annual audits and resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the finance team on budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or working towards it.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis in a multinational company.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of an accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
