About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Promotional Expert to join our growing Monetization team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about player engagement and execution — ready to dive into setting up daily & weekly promotions, managing campaigns, and contributing to ever-evolving player journeys. You’ll help bring our live calendar to life — implementing events, configuring bonuses, and ensuring our players are always engaged and

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and execute daily and weekly promotions, quests, and in-game campaigns using internal tools and third-party platforms
- Collaborate with content, design, and operations teams to ensure all campaign assets and mechanics are delivered accurately and on time
- Monitor campaign performance during and after launch, identifying and reporting on key metrics like participation, conversion, and retention
- Support segmentation and personalization of promotions to ensure offers are relevant to different player groups
- Assist in maintaining and updating the Promo calendar, ensuring smooth coordination across teams
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas, seasonal events, and engagement mechanics
- (Bonus) Conduct basic data analysis or support A/B testing initiatives to evaluate and improve campaign outcomes
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in online gaming, LiveOps, CRM, or campaign management
- Familiarity with basic campaign execution tools (e.g., back-office bonus systems, CRM tools, or similar platforms)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, basic KPIs, and performance metrics
- (Bonus) Experience with segmentation, cohort-based targeting, or campaign reporting
- (Bonus) Ability to use BI tools or SQL to extract and analyze player data
- Proactive and collaborative mindset — you're eager to learn and own your outcomes
- Fluent in English
