Key Responsibilities:

• Work on people operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, tax forms, and compliance
• Ensure employee records are accurate, up to date, and fully aligned with legal requirements and internal policies
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to people operations & employee relations
• Maintain internal documentation and administer HR systems to ensure a smooth and scalable employee experience
• Support with the planning and coordination of internal company events

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in People Operations or People Partnering, ideally in a scaling environment
• Decent understanding of local employment law, payroll, and benefits, with the ability to apply that knowledge proactively
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the utmost discretion with sensitive information
• Solid communication skills and a problem-solving attitude, with the confidence to take initiative and drive improvements
• Experience with HRIS (we use Personio)
