BI & Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement reporting dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting workflows using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across internal systems and processes.
• Deliver regular performance reports and deep-dive analyses to support business reviews and regulatory needs.
• Support the integration of BI solutions into compliance workflows, including monitoring and audit tracking.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced experience with Power BI and Excel for data visualization and modeling.
• Strong experience with Tableau, SharePoint and Power Automate flows is considered a significant advantage.
• Solid knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, and relational databases (e.g., SQL).
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering on competing priorities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in the gambling/iGaming industry or with Compliance data is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
