Key Responsibilities:

• Operationally managing the CRM, Life cycle and Shop teams
• Shaping and delivering the monetization strategy
• Driving NGR growth and retention
• Proposing and delivering reward budgets
• Ensuring alignment between the teams in monetization and other operational teams
• Using data to constantly improve the tactical solutions used by the teams
• Reporting to & collaborating closely with COO

Requirements:

• Experience in leadership roles in CRM, Casino or game ops
• Proven track record of delivery of strategic initiatives and of driving revenue up in such roles
• Robust quantitative and analytical capabilities, prioritizing metrics-driven approaches to decision-making
• Deep understanding of player behaviors, retention strategies, and gamification mechanics
• Ability to lead teams to success
• Ability to work in a matrix structure
• Proactive team player who takes responsibility for outcomes and isn’t afraid to challenge ideas to find better solutions
• Fluency in English
• Ability to express your thoughts with clarity while demonstrating an excellent grasp of different points of view during discussions
