Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively analyzing player behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizationс
• Converting large volumes of structured and unstructured data to find new business opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, analyzing data sets, and developing actionable recommendations
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns
• Helping identify performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement
• Identifying opportunities to automate data processes and improving data quality and accuracy
• Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and applying them to improve our analytics capabilities

Requirements:

• Previous iGaming/online casino experience 
• Solid skills in SQL for data manipulation and analysis & Excel expertise
• Strong business acumen with a solid grasp of online casino economics
• Experience working with varied datasets and performing exhaustive data analysis
• Experience with reporting & BI tooling
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with the capability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
