About the role: 

We’re looking for a strong Organic Acquisition leader who lives and breathes organic growth. You will own and scale our key organic acquisition channels, SEO, ASO, AIO, and Referral, driving sustainable user acquisition and revenue growth without relying on paid ads.

You will define the organic growth strategy, build and scale high-performing teams, and create systems that continuously improve acquisition efficiency, conversion, and long-term business impact. You’ll experiment, optimize, and move fast to uncover what works and scale it across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Organic Growth Strategy, Revenue & Efficiency - Define and lead the organic acquisition strategy across SEO, ASO, AIO, and Referral, with full accountability for revenue growth and CAC efficiency versus paid channels.
  • Drive Organic Conversion & Funnel Performance - Optimize end-to-end performance across discovery, engagement, and conversion journeys to maximize high-quality organic acquisition.
  • Scale Growth through Content, Video & Referral Systems - Build and scale content, video that drives brand discovery, education, and organic virality.
  • Build Experimentation & Growth Systems - Develop a structured experimentation framework powered by data, automation, and AI to continuously improve growth performance.
  • Lead Team, Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment - Build and scale the organic growth organization while partnering with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Brand to execute company-wide growth initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years in organic marketing and growth roles, with deep expertise in SEO, ASO, AIO, and referral systems
  • Proven track record of scaling organic acquisition from early stage to major revenue-driving channel
  • Strong understanding of organic funnels: discovery, engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Experience in start-up or high-growth environments with fast experimentation cycles
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action and business impact
  • Hands-on leader who can operate strategically and tactically when needed
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams
  • Creative, fast-moving problem solver who thrives in an ambiguity and an ownership-driven environment

The salary range for this role is CAD 180,000 to CAD 200,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications and location. Final compensation will be determined based on job related skills and business needs.

This is a backfill within our team.
