Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts (3-way matching)
• Ensure proper coding of expenses and compliance with company policies
• Prepare and execute payment runs (bank transfers, checks, etc.)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals
• Support audits by providing required documentation
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
