We are seeking a Lead, National Foodservice Sales to manage a team of sellers focused on Bevi’s newest Foodservice verticals. This team will take over from Business Development once a vertical is out of the incubation phase, testing, learning, and scaling to drive growth. The initial focus will be Food Service within Higher Education and Healthcare, where Bevi is already seeing strong traction. Depth in food service, and ideally beverage industry experience, will be a major advantage.
This is a role for a manager who thrives on new market development, can guide teams through ambiguity, and is passionate about documenting and sharing learnings to build scalable playbooks for the future.
Your Day to Day
- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives focused on Bevi’s growth verticals, coaching for performance and long-term success
- Support new vertical launches as they move out of incubation, helping to design and execute go-to-market plans that test, learn, and scale efficiently
- Drive early growth in Food Service within Higher Education and Healthcare by identifying key opportunities and building strong customer relationships
- Capture and share learnings from early wins to help shape repeatable playbooks for future expansion
- Partner with Business Development to ensure seamless handoffs and tight alignment on strategy and execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to tailor offerings, refine value propositions, and evolve sales motions
- Monitor performance and pipeline health, ensuring accountability to goals and continuous improvement across the team
- Represent Bevi externally within Foodservice and emerging verticals, building relationships with key partners and staying close to market trends
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a track record of building and scaling sales teams in new or evolving markets.
- Deep expertise in Foodservice; beverage industry knowledge is a strong plus.
- Comfortable leading teams through ambiguity, able to test, iterate, and adjust strategies quickly.
- Data-driven operator who holds teams accountable to pipeline health, performance metrics, and results.
- Strategic thinker who can balance experimentation with disciplined execution.
- Skilled in designing go-to-market approaches for new industries, and in building scalable sales playbooks.
- Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally to tailor solutions for unique vertical needs.
- Excellent communicator and leader who can inspire teams and influence stakeholders

The posted compensation range reflects the salary for this position. Some roles may be eligible for a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Bevi employees receive equity in the form of stock options. All full-time employees are invited to participate in our Total Rewards plan, which includes health & medical benefits, flexible spending accounts, flexible PTO, and more. Offers to join Bevi are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate's work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data.
Pay Range
$224,825 - $277,725 USD
