Growth Marketing Manager

Boston

Bevi is on a mission to transform how beverages are delivered and consumed. Our connected beverage platform eliminates the need for single-use bottles and cans, making it easy, fun, and sustainable to stay hydrated. As the category leader in IoT-enabled beverage technology, we're building a future where Bevi machines are everywhere people live, work, and connect. We've raised over $160M in venture capital, serve thousands of customers across the US, Canada, UK and Ireland, and we've been rapidly growing year over year, saving over 1 billion bottles from waste. In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own Bevi's email marketing engine end-to-end, from strategy through hands-on building, sending, and measuring every campaign, across every function that touches a customer or prospect. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that spans demand generation, product launches, partner communications, events, strategic accounts, and thought leadership.

You'll own strategy and hands-on execution end-to-end across email marketing, landing pages, and web experience, building every campaign in HubSpot, hitting send, and measuring results against pipeline and revenue impact. You'll serve as the marketing partner to Bevi's cross-functional marketing teams, and run the editorial process that keeps the entire organization aligned. You work closely with Sales and RevOps, and report into Growth Marketing.

Your Day to Day

Hands-On Email Campaign Build, Send & Measurement

  • Build emails yourself, end-to-end, in HubSpot: template and module setup, personalization tokens, dynamic content, list and segment selection, and workflow logic.
  • QA and test send every campaign before deployment, checking rendering across clients and devices, links, personalization, and deliverability, then own hitting send.
  • Track and report on performance after every send: opens, clicks, conversion, unsubscribes, and pipeline or revenue impact, feeding results back into the testing roadmap.
  • Own the annual email roadmap across all sending programs, aligned to product launches, campaign moments, seasonal demand patterns, event schedule, and company priorities.
  • Develop and maintain an email content playbook with documented standards for subject line construction, copy length by email type, design principles, CTA hierarchy, and personalization use cases.

Marketing Partner to Product & Technology Teams

  • Serve as the email marketing lead for Bevi's product as a system of connected hardware, software, beverage innovation, UI experience – managing email marketing communication for new flavor launches, concentrate product updates, seasonal beverage announcements, and partner beverage programs. Translate product releases into email campaigns that drive awareness, excitement, and action among customers and distribution partners.

Landing Page Ownership

  • Evaluate and introduce new formats and approaches when evidence supports it. Decisions on plain-text vs. designed, long-form vs. short, and single-CTA vs. multi-section should be anchored in performance data and business impact.
  • Build and QA landing pages in WordPress and HubSpot, including form configuration, page copy, and conversion tracking setup.
  • Develop and maintain a landing page testing roadmap covering headline variants, form structure, social proof placement, and CTA framing. Report conversion rate results on a regular cadence.

Learning Agenda & A/B Testing

  • Maintain a live email and landing page testing roadmap that prioritizes experiments by expected impact and feasibility. Ensure there is always an active test running across the highest-volume sending programs.
  • Own A/B and multivariate test design across the four core performance levers: copy (subject lines, body text, sender name and attribution), creative (imagery, layout, template structure, plain-text vs. designed), CTAs (wording, placement, number, visual treatment), and send logic (timing, frequency, sequencing).

 Requirements

  •     4 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience with deep ownership of email programs, including strategy, segmentation, and results accountability
  •     Expert-level, hands-on HubSpot user: you build and send campaigns yourself, including workflows, smart content, forms, sequences, lead scoring, and reporting (certifications a plus)
  •     WordPress proficiency for landing page builds and campaign asset management
  •     Proven experience managing multi-email product launch programs with multiple audience segments, structured feedback timelines, and zero-defect deployment standards
  •     Track record of hands-on campaign execution, not just direction: you personally build, QA, and send emails, and you can pull and interpret your own performance and measurement data
  •     Experience owning outbound email programs including cold audience sequencing, vertical-specific messaging, and BDR or SDR coordination
  •     Proven A/B testing track record including test design, statistical analysis, and systematic application of learnings
  •     Strong cross-functional project management instincts with the ability to run a structured intake process, maintain a shared calendar, and hold multiple stakeholders accountable
  •     Excellent written communication: you can write or sharply edit email copy in a brand voice and know what makes a subject line work
  •     High ownership orientation: you notice when something is broken and fix it before anyone else realizes it's a problem

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
