💼 What You’ll Actually Be Doing

✨ Greeting pets and their humans like the VIPs they are
📞 Scheduling appointments + handling calls without breaking a sweat
🗂 Keeping the clinic organized and running smoothly
💬 Helping pet parents with questions, concerns, and the occasional “my dog ate WHAT?” moment
🐾 Providing calm vibes to nervous pups (and sometimes their people)

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 - 2 years experience of veterinary medicine experience (required) 
• You genuinely love animals and people
• You’re a strong communicator (in person + on the phone)
• Bi-lingual (not required but strongly recommended) 
• You can multitask without spiraling
• You bring positive energy, even on busy days
• Customer service experience? Cool. Great attitude? Cooler.
