The Strategy Manager is responsible for overseeing effective operations for Beyond Finance sales. Their duties include identifying, evaluating, and implementing processes to improve company operations. The ideal candidate will have the enthusiasm for evaluating existing processes and looking for opportunities to “move the needle.”

What You'll Do

• Manage new projects, process optimization, and customer and employee experience enhancements; Projects will require end-to-end execution from initial assessment through recommendation and implementation
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, as well as for automation and system improvements
• Author and deliver executive level reporting, including periodic business reviews
• Become the SME on an area of coverage, and the trusted 'go to', such that others seek their opinion
• Articulates suggestions and opinions to leadership frequently, and backed by data and knowledge of the project and business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• STEM/Business/Economics degree or hands-on experience in SQL and Excel
• 2 or more years of relevant experience
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct analysis and make strategic recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner; willing to dive in and get her/his hands dirty
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
