About the Role:

Beyond Finance is looking for a Senior Analyst on our Growth Marketing team. This position will play a key role in optimizing our customer acquisition experience and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. You will support website testing, analyze funnel performance, conduct user research, and evaluate competitive experiences to generate innovative test ideas. Your keen analytical skills and creative problem-solving will help uncover opportunities for growth, ensuring a seamless and effective marketing funnel. We are looking for candidates who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, are passionate about data, and have a results-driven mindset.

What You’ll Do:

• Support testing on brand websites, including QA, performance readouts, data analysis, and final results to share with stakeholders
• Map out our customer journey to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
• Evaluate funnel performance data and conduct user studies to form hypotheses and design tests
• Investigate competitive and comparative digital experiences to generate innovative test ideas
• Evaluate our customer acquisition experience to help identify areas of opportunity to improve our process

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 2-3 years of experience in roles within or related to marketing
• Self-starter who readily takes initiative to drive and deliver results
• Creative problem solver who is willing to roll up their sleeves to solve problems through a data-driven approach
• Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and gather insights for continuous growth and improvement
• Can successfully operate in an entrepreneurial environment with a bias towards action
• Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and execute a detailed project plan
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Prior direct response, call center and/or direct-to-consumer marketing experience preferred, but not required
