Job Title: Sr. Marketing and Analytics Associate

Location: 222 N La Salle St, Suite 1600, Chicago, IL 60601

Job Description: The Sr. Marketing and Analytics Associate will conduct and oversee analyses focused on optimizing and understanding marketing performance, sales effectiveness, client retention, and lifetime customer value. The role will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, sales, business intelligence, and data teams to deliver novel, actionable insights that contribute to meeting company goals. They will maintain a deep understanding of the business and be able to effectively organize the data necessary for ongoing analyses and identify areas for increased visibility. Duties include: Pulling, cleaning, and analyzing data to deliver actionable recommendations to improve customer acquisition and retention; Conducting insightful analyses on major marketing and sales initiatives, operational trends, challenges, and opportunities and presenting this to senior management and executives; Oversee building and maintenance of automated reporting and dashboards to track key metrics; Working closely with the product and operations teams in defining tests and experimental design; Optimizing and monitoring marketing A/B tests using Heap, Optimizely, and FullStory to improve conversion rates and profitability; Identifying and resolving data issues utilizing SQL, Salesforce, Snowflake, GitHub, and Looker/LookML; Providing mentoring for more junior employees. Work is performed in company’s office in Chicago with some remote work permitted per company policy.

Education Requirement: Master’s degree in Marketing, business, or data analytics

Experience Requirement: 1 year of experience in Marketing analyst or related

Special Skills: Must have work experience with each of the following: 1) Using SQL to analyze large-scale marketing and sales data in the debt settlement industry; (2) Optimizing and monitoring marketing A/B tests using Heap, Optimizely, and FullStory to improve conversion rates and profitability; and (3) Identifying and resolving data issues and discrepancies utilizing Salesforce, Snowflake, GitHub, and Looker/LookML.

Salary: $94,000-$114,000
